In VIDIZMO any media that is uploaded gets transcoded to make it compatible with multiple devices and various platforms. VIDIZMO users can view the media on their preferred devices by selecting from the multiple renditions that are generated when the media is uploaded.

In VIDIZMO, output format profiles for any audio/video file are known as Encoding Profiles.

Below are the steps as to how to view encoding status
1. From the Portal's Homepage
i. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.
ii. Expand Admin tab.
iii Click on Control Panel.
2. From the Manage Portal navigation pane in Control Panel:
ii. To display the filters, click on the filter icon.
iii, iv, v. You can enter details like the start and end Date of the duration in which encoding expected to take place and Event such as contentprocessing to help sort results to the relevant Encoding Workflow.
v. Click on the Apply button to proceed. All the transcoding activities in the specific Portal will be listed in the results pane.
3. From the Workflow results, click on the Details to see activities within the Workflow to break them down into multiple sub-processes and enable tracking of their progress individually. Moreover, Workflow Parameters for every activity are enlisted to help gauge the variables which are being affected in every activity. This will enlist all sub-activities within that workflow, along with some added parameters such as State, Added Date & Time, Processing Start Time, etc. These help provide detailed analysis of the Workflow and its progress.
4. In case of Errors, you can click on Error Details with respect to every Workflow to view Workflow Details pop-up screen:

Administrators and Managers can access transcoding jobs and status of each media from the Workflow Queue in the Control Panel.
