The Audit Log keeps track of every activity in an Account or Portal. VIDIZMO allows users to view Audit logs. Audit logs have details of all activities i.e. users logged in and out, users added and deleted, content added and deleted, campaigns added and deleted, and user profile updates etc.

Steps

Administrators and Managers can view and export Audit Logs.


1. From the Portal's Homepage

i. Click on the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen to bring up the left navigation pane.

ii. Then click on the down arrow to expand the Admin section.

iii Select the Control Panel to open the Manage Portal navigation pane.




2. From the Manage Portal navigation pane:

i. Select Security to further expand its options.

ii. Next, select the Audit Log

iii. To display the filters, click on the filter icon.

iv. Enter IP address.

v. Enter the name of the User.

vi. Enter the Email Address.

vii. Select the Event from the Event List. The event will determine the nature of the Audit Log. For instance, by selecting UserAdd all added users in the Portal will display.

vii. Select Start Date of the duration with respect to which you wish to filter logs.

viii. Select the End Date of the duration with respect to which you wish to filter logs.

ix. Click on the Apply button to proceed.




3. Based on the filters selected, the Audit Log will be displayed.

i. Select the Format like CSV with the help of drop-down. 

ii. Click on the Download Button to proceed.
