New Request: Based on the Security Policy employed on the Portal, a User requesting to join the Portal are displayed here and require the Admin or Manager to approve the request. In order to approve or reject a join request

Steps

Only Administrators and Managers can approve or reject new requests from Users & Groups


Approve Single User


1. From the Portal's Homepage:

i. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.

ii. Expand the Admin tab.

iii Click on Users & Groups and you'll be directed to the Users & Group page.




2. On the Users & Groups screen.

    i. Click on the New Requests Button.

    ii. Select a user.  

    iii. Click on the Action drop-down menu.

    iv. Select Approve or Reject to proceed. 



A notification will be displayed briefly stating: New Request Approved or Rejected successfully.



Approve or Reject Users in Bulk


1. From the Portal's Homepage:

i. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.

ii. Expand the Admin tab.

iii Click on Users & Groups and you'll be directed to the Users & Group page.




2. On the Users & Groups screen.

    i. Click on the New Requests Button.

    ii. Select the All Users Checkbox. 

  



iii. Click on the Action drop-down menu to expand its options.

iv. Then select the Approve or Reject option to proceed. 



A notification will be displayed briefly stating: New Requests have been Approved or Rejected successfully.


Roles And Permissions

  • Only Administrators and Managers can approve or reject the new requests from Users & Groups.
