VIDIZMO allows users to view the status of every Workflow initiated on the Portal. You can search the workflows on the basis of Date, Keyword, Workflow Name, State, Event and Activity Name

You can view the completion percentage of the entire workflow or each activity, as per preference. Moreover, the information pertaining to the success/failure of the workflow is populated in Results for diagnostic purposes.

Steps


Administrators and Managers are allowed to view Workflows within a Portal.


 1. From the Portal's Homepage:

    i.  Click on the Control Panel.

    ii. Next, click on Workflow.




 

2. On the Workflow Queue page, you can filter Workflows with respect to the multiple :

i. Click on the filter icon on the top left of your screen to view fields with respect to which you can sort Workflows. 

ii. Enter the From Date to specify the start date of the duration with respect to which you need to view Workflows.

iii. Enter the To Date to specify the end date of the duration with respect to which you need to view Workflows.

iv. Enter a Keyword that helps you filter Workflows with respect to the title of the workflow such as setup.

v. You can also select the Workflow from the list of available options to sort with greater level of accuracy.

vi. You can also select the State to sort Workflows with respect to their status such as cancelled or finished.

vii. Event to sort with respect to the events that trigger them such as ContentProcessing.

viii. Click on Apply.





3. From the Workflow results, click on the Details to see activities within the Workflow to break them down into multiple sub-processes and enable tracking of their progress individually. Moreover, Workflow Parameters for every activity are enlisted to help gauge the variables which are being affected in every activity. This will enlist all sub-activities within that workflow, along with some added parameters such as State, Added Date Time, Processing Start Time, etc. These help provide detailed analysis of the Workflow and its progress.




4.  In case of Errors, you can click on Error Details with respect to every Workflow to view Workflow Details pop-up screen:
